Shipping & Return Policy - Old Guys Rule Stuff

Old Guys Gear specializes in offering the latest high-quality products at sensible prices. We appreciate your business and confidence in our product.

30 Day Return Policy

All Purchases are Non-refundable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, please email Old Guys Gear within 10 days and we will exchange your items for another free of charge. Old Guys Gear allows one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge. Old Guys Gear will pay for shipping the exchanged item back to you. Your return must be in original condition (not washed, not worned, not dirty, undamaged) and must be received by Old Guys Gear within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns after the 30 day period. If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within two - three business days after the order is received and approval of credit card. In the rare event that an ordered item is unavailable or back-ordered we will notify you promptly, at which time you will have the option to cancel the order if you wish.

Shipping & Handling Fees

We use USPS Priority Mail starting at $4.05 within the United States including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam. Allow 5 - 8 business days for delivery. Shipping to Canada is ONLY $10.00. We can ship to GB and Europe for ONLY $15.00. Please e-mail for quotes to other countries.

Credit Card Security

This website offers credit card transaction security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. The secure server software encrypts your credit card information before it is forwarded to us, thereby preventing others from accessing your private information during this process.

Sales Tax (California Orders Only!)

Sales tax is charged to California shipping addresses ONLY! The sales tax for California shipping addresses will be added to the invoice following submittal of the order, and is based on the shipper's county-specific tax rate applied to both the purchase price and S&H charges per State law. The sales tax is 7.75%.
